The Haybrooke Associates Independent Cost Audit (ICA) is your mark of assurance to your customers of a fair pricing policy based upon an independent, professionally conducted audit of your costs and the way that you calculate the cost rates that feed into your print pricing and estimating systems.

This service is provided by our CEO John Roche, author of the BPIF's 2006 publication, Costing Principles & Guidelines and veteran of over 200 costing consultancies both in the UK and US at printers of all shapes and sizes (from £100k to £100m turnover).

Your costs independently audited

Our one day Independent Cost Audit is £1,200 + VAT. We will check your costing methods to ensure that they comply to recognised standards and are fully accurate. In addition, we provide you with our ICA logo (opposite) and our ICA certificate - your quality mark and your customers assurance that your costs are an accurate representation of your business overheads and a true refection of your fair pricing policy. You may use it on your letterheads and all other company literature. Make sure its on every quotation you submit.
